I met Doreen already 34 years ago when i was playing a squash tournament with some friends in Milford. I remember Doreen as a very warm, respectful and lovely woman. We had an amazing encounter, which i could remember like it was yesterday, she was 40 and i 22...too young to see how valuable that was...

All the years i have remembered to this and now i am very sad to read here, that Doreen has passed away, i was overwhelmed. My deepest condolences to her three children, your mother was extraordinary, i will never forget her. Kind regards from Germany, Stefan

I have only just found out that Doreen has passed away, so missed the chance to pay my respects at her funeral. I knew her for many years, initially from our squash playing days and the aerobics classes we did together. Laterly she cut both mine, my husband's and my mother's hair regularly as a "job lot". She was a lovely, lovely lady and I have missed her regular visits greatly. I doubt anybody will ever be able to cut my hair as well as she could! I would like to send my condolences to all her family whom I have never met but have heard a great deal about. Cherish your memories.
